The terms "we", "our", "us", and "my" throughout this agreement refers to the company Sho Nuff Productions, creator of the music.
"Payment"Sho Nuff Productions will send payment via PayPal for the applicable commissions on or about the 15th of the month for the previous month's commissions. If any order that generated a referral fee is cancelled by the customer, or if there are any returned payments for any reason, the amount will be deducted from the next monthly paymnet. If there is no subsequent payment, the affiliate will be invoiced. Affiliates must be PayPal members to receive payment.
"Order Fulfillment"Sho Nuff Productions will be solely responsible for processing every order placed by a customer on BumpsFromTheTrunk.com. All leased beats purchased are delivered immediately to the purchaser.
"No Fraud"Any type of fraud will not be tolerated from our affiliates. We reserve the right to withhold or deny payment for fraud, such as purchasing beats yourself. If fraud is discovered, the afffiliate will be instantly removed from the program. You must divulge that you are not the creator of the beats and give credit to Sho Nuff Productions.
"No Spam"We have a zero tolerance policy for spam. Spam is defined as any unsolicited email whether commercial or non-commercial in nature. Spam includes, but is not limited to, the sending of any unsolicited information to a person or group that has not specifically asked and agreed to receive that particular information or is not a personal acquaintance of the sending individual. Affiliates found to be spamming the beats will have thier affiliate account terminated and will be held liable for any and all damages and/or losses that may result in addition to losing any or all affiliate commissions due to them.
